DO I NEED TO HAVE A HOME INSPECTION?
A Home Inspection is a usual part of the Buyer’s real estate transaction and can also be used as a pre-listing tool for Sellers. A Home Inspection will afford you the opportunity to allow your professional, certified NJ Home Check Inspector to walk through the property, with you, to highlight deficiencies and offer you life span estimates of multiple areas of the home.
DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT DURING THE HOME INSPECTION?
It is not required for you to be present during the Home Inspection but it is an excellent opportunity to see the property first hand through the lens of the professional, certified NJ Home Check Inspector.
WHAT DOES A HOME INSPECTION COST?
Our inspection fees vary depending upon the size of the house, particular features, its age, etc., and what inspection package you choose.
WHAT DOES A HOME INSPECTION INCLUDE?
Our Home Inspections include a visual examination of the Interior and Exterior of the property from roof to foundation including all applicable requirements in our state. We evaluate and report the condition of the structure, roof, foundation, drainage, plumbing, HVAC system, appliances that can be tested, outlets, light fixtures, walls, windows and doors. Only those items that are visible and accessible are included in our report.
All of our Inspection Reports include photographs and a description of the issues, how you can address the issues and how urgent each issue is. Our Reports are written in plain English so that you, your Broker and Contractor can all readily understand what the issues are. Reports are guaranteed to be delivered by the next evening after the inspection occurred.
